Kay Parker is not the only one. A lot of these adult actresses had children and were married.
And they kept their jobs absolutely private from other family members and friends. They never mention that "mommy" or "daddy" was a porn star doing all kinds of unmentionable stuff behind close doors. And made sure that the kids didn't know what they did,cause of the jeopardy they may cause within the family. Oh the horror!!!!
Actresses like Annette Haven, Sharon Mitchell,
Seka(don't know her real name by the way,just that I do know that she graduated from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville) all the way
to today's stars like Heather Hunter, Asia Carrera to Keisha were either abused or mistreated and looking for other means of support,but their behavior into doing these films were never even mentioned by family and friends cause it was strictly private and confidental. A prime example of this is Tera Patrick who is married and has a little girl,but is very confidental and private when it comes to her work doing adult-oriented films.

Its probably different for each person, but I have heard that Ron Jeremy's family were so embarrased by him that they wouldn't let him use the family name anymore, so he made his middle name into his last name.
