question about my refrigerator?

my frig is a side by side with freezer. It's not making ice. It's running enough to keep the stuff very cold but not frozen. Could it be the motor or any ideas.

Clean (vacuum) the cooling fins in back or under fridge.

Follow "Heinz M" advice above. You'll need a bottle brush and a hose attachment for your vacumn. Side by side coils should be under neath, Open both doors to remove "kick plate". Then close the doors while cleaning.

your fridge is not ment to freeze stuff call some one out if its insured that will look an see anything is wrong
