I will be entering my junior year next fall and will apply for nursing schools. I have been take the prerequisites and thought they were all hard especially Anatomy and physiology which I am taking now. Not doing so well. Did any nurses who have graduated and made it through....thought it was hard. I am having such a hard time I mean I am still young but everything seems difficult. Any one would like to share how they started out and advice for me.

I'm pre-med, but this I know...

Anatomy and physiology are the major weeder classes for nursing programs. My ex-boyfriend tutors these classes, and most of his students are nursing students (the rest are other allied health). Yes, he reports that this is THE class most nursing students struggle in. Lucky for him, the instructor at the college promotes his tutoring services, so he does good business.

You're not alone. Anatomy and physio are tough. But if you just get through it with a passing grade, you should be able to find a nursing program to take you. After you get in, continue to study that subject so you do well on the NCLEX. Good luck!
