Because vegetable have vitamins a body needs. Eating fatty foods like burgers, fries, italians, and pizzas all the time isn't healthy and sooner or later down the road the physician will be telling you that cut down on those foods or your health will turn for worse. Not everyone likes vegetables and there are subsitutes for that. Vitamin pills will do the trick.

Why would you care what someone eats? Especially considering that vegetables are so healthy for people. Someday all that junk food that you eat is going to catch up to you. And you will get fat or diabetes or die from a heart attack. I simply like vegetables. I just like the way they taste. But also it's because they are low fat. Not everyone can eat whatever they want. Some people have to watch what they eat.

We evolved as omnivores: we need vegetable matter to live. Even your diet (which sounds delicious mmmmm tacos) contains veggies. Pizzas, burgers and tacos often come with veggies and fries ARE veggies.
Vegetarians often don't eat meat for moral and or religious reasons. They get their protein from sources other than meat.

because vegetables are easier for the body to digest, since red meats do not in actuality digest they rot in your system. Poultry,(chicken , turkey, duck, pheasant,) and fish are much easier for the body to digest. Vegetables also provide raw nutrients to the system, and give the system fiber to move out wastes more easily. If you eat a diet made primarily of meats you will have dietary issues come up later in your life from lack of necessary nutrients that only vegetables can provide the body, mainly vit c, lack of vitamin c will cause conditions such as scurvy, which can be fatal, although it is rare that people in the U.S. suffer from this condition.

Some veggies really do taste good - and I'm a meat and potato woman. They provide your body with nutrients and fiber - they can help keep your blood pressure and cholesterol down.
Has anyone in your family had a heart attack or stroke? If they did, it wasn't because they ate too many veggies.

Pizza and burgers and all that stuff is great but it is loaded with fats and cholesterol. I think that's why we have an over weight America. More veggies should be ate.

Yeah they sure aren't but some like veggies. Some don't, just eat what you wanna no one can stop you. I like some veggies I hate celery and love burgers.

Look, vegetables are neccessary for your body. It gots nutrients, vitamens and so on. Its a good source of protien. Remember too that thanks to vegetables, we can make medicane for certain kind of diseases. All that fat you like is NOT good for you, yes its very good. But just not healthy.
