Yes you can. After you die you can choose to give yourself to be used for science. If you choose this you can't specify which part of you they'll take. They will use your whole body. You can only do it when you're dead.

I can't sell mine, but you can sell yours if you want to. In the USA, it is illegal, but I am sure if you look hard enough you can work around that and sell your testicles if you want to.
