My house was hit by lightning. Agent Robert of the Geek Squad thinks I need a new telephone dial up modem. I contacted Dell sales and customer support. Three times they sent me the wrong part, actually the same wrong part, three times. I cannot get past the sales people or the customer service people. No one will let me talk to a supervisor. They claim that they do not know how to contact the President of Dell.
These "English as a second language" people are about to make me crazy!

You know that is the very reason I will not buy a Dell computer again. Their billing system is less than desireable as well. No one can stay at a balance at 740.00 for 3 years. Myself I am going to have to get an attorney for the mess they have done with me. Hire people who have less than great English is hurting their business. I hope they read this, because I am up to here with them too.

Good Luck. I never got my rebate from Dell. My computer ran better after it was hit by lightening than before, although, it was still under warranty and a tech came to fix it. Not a fan of Dell.

Call DELL. LOL and the new words are EAL (english as another language)
