Yes - it's very normal for boys and girls at thirteen.
Boys and girls go through pueberty, which means you begin to perspire more.
Use strong deoderant - many teens do, so don't be embarrassed.
But yeah, because at stuff likes dances and such, teens, and probably anyone gets nerveous which makes you sweat, and, as a teen, you sweat more than an adult.

Calm down, first of all. You are sweaty because you are a nervous wreck. Do you sweat at home? Or just when you get around girls?
You are also hitting puberty (congrats) so those things do happen. Make sure you have good antiperspirant.

get checked out for Hyperhydrosis. It is a disorder that makes you sweat a lot. You'd have to get a prescription, but it would fix the problem.

There's this product called Mitchum Antiperspirant that's a lot\
stronger than most. Also, ask your M.D. about it.
