Any placental mammal should have a navel.
However, wild animals would have the mother licking the umbilical cord of newborns and that usually makes it heal to virtually undetectable proportion.

yes, it would have a bellybutton because when it was born, it had a bellybutton (naval) cord. and when the mother chewed and ate it, the little bit left formed the button you see. its just where the nutrients from the mother went when she was pregnant. hope this helped.

Yes they do, just not obvious like ours. As others have mentioned, this is due to the umbilical cord. If you ever get the opportunity to see kittens being born, you can see the cord and where it attaches to the kitten's bellies. The mother eats the cord and placental sacs because they are good nutrients for her after the pregnancy has depleted her strength.
