Some jackass with an afro keeps taking my backpack when I'm not looking and takes my water bottle also. How the hell do I get back at him?

A firm, well places punch to the stomach should get him off your back and teach anyone else not to take your stuff. If you get in trouble, tell the teacher you got provoked, I'm certain they'll let you off.

next time he tries to take your water bottle when thers something in it, spill it on him. and dont let him come near your backpack. also stand up tp him and give him a piece of your mind.

You expect me to say beat the hell out of him but much to your disappointment I wont say that.Mark your name on your stuff.Next time he takes it go tell the closest teacher.Tell the teacher your name is on your stuff.Then when the kid gets busted for stealing whisper to him(where no adult can hear you)now punk,the joke is on you.

does he drink your water, too? If so, maybe you can put some kind of clear gross liquid in it?
Or go get a cheapy bacpack and smear food coloring or something on it so when he picks it up he gets stained. (I just hope this won't get you beat up on top of things)

do LOTS of pranks at him..if he's bigger and more likely to beat you up then stay with pranks if not beat him up...you could always get somethig and put in his afro without him noticing ahaha i wish someone would do that to me i would have doine so many things to get back

put some kind of vinegar or clear hot sauce in the bottle. actually maybe even vodka since that would get him in trouble for having vodka on his breath at school.

keep your back pack with you at all times dont give him the opportunity to take it and don't let him get to you hes probably doing this to annoy you

tie a bell on it? plant a paintball bomb on it. Plant it somewhere to be taken by the dude and then watch and see who and where he goes, and film the whole thing. Then bust them.
