Excessive intake of tea, coffee, alcohol, meat, fried, oily, greasy, spicy, sour, and acidic foods leads to graying prematurely.
Never use hair dyes, it will spoil your hairs, and your remaining 60 % of hairs will also get white. so better dont do that...insted use natural things for your hairs like heena, and amla paste which can be applied once a week. Every morning eat fresh coconut and black sesame (Til) seeds. change your diet. eat green vegetables and fruits more rather then oily stuffs.Grate some fresh ginger. Mix with honey and place it in a jar. Eat 1 tea spoon everyday.

I know how you are feeling! I started graying when I was 19. I have colored my hair for 36 years now. Yes,,,thats right 36 long years. I have now recently said "enough is enough" and the harsh chemicals can not be good so 2 months ago I stopped coloring and trying to make it through the grow out period. My son who is 28, must have inherited this from me as he is starting to gray and his hair is dark brown so it really shows. It seems more acceptable for men but that is just my opinion
