The tile has to be replaced. Use a grout saw to cut the grout around the tile. Use a roto-zip with a tile cutting blade to cut the tile in 1" squares. Chip out the pieces with a chisel, and chisel the adhesive under the tile so it is flat. Use "Thinset" to install a new tile. Let dry for 24 hours, grout, let dry for 72, hours, then apply sealer. Be sure to use goggles when chipping!

No way to repair a broken or cracked tile. It must be removed and replaced. Be advised to remove a broken tile, it must be broken further so that it can be completely removed. And this puts the surrounding tiles at risk for becoming dislodged. Let a pro do the job.

It can be repaired by removing all the broken pieces and getting a small can of morter for floor tile and puting in the new tile with ther morter and around the edges

In our case, once one tile broke, some of the other tiles started breaking. We redid our entire kitchen and were glad that we did.
