I'd have to admit that whoever of the guys wrote that was a virgin at the time time he wrote it.
As for why they don't have any satisfaction right now I'd have to go with E.D. Mick must've run up some sort of bill with God for all those one-nighters!!

It was just a song, but it made them millions. Singing that you can't get no satisfaction, in exchange for making millions, sounds like a smart move to me.
