I would have the talent to change my voice at will, sort of like Mel Blank, to impersonate just about anyone or anything over the phone. It's one thing to be able to match dialects and accents to perfection when reading a script or story, but having a vocal range that can only produce sounds between 125 and 500 hertz (cycles per second) is a very limiting thing. So I wish I had a voice that could do impressions very easily.

I would like to be able to balance any object I chose on top of any other object. I could awe and inspire people by stacking up a nearly-invisible column of individual salt grains and capping it off with say, a bugle and then an assortment of scented votive candles and then TV's Ray Romano. Or I could keep my place tidier in between garbage days by stacking up all my cans & bottles in one elegant column that would take up far less space than my blasted recycling bin. And don't even get me started on the sandwiches I could make ....

To breath underwater and survive under high pressures because I would love to know what the world is like at the bottom of the ocean. I've wanted to know ever since I read one of the original Dr Dolittle books, when he travels across the floor of the ocean inside the glass shell of a massive water snail.

I can already do what I'd want to do, sucka!
Just kidding. One talent I'd like is to be a gymnast. I've never been able to do a backflip, but I love gymnastics. I watched what the U.S. Women's team did in Atlanta in '96 and I was awestruck. Ever since then I've fantasized about being a gymnast, but it never came about.

I would like to be a professional snowboarder: I can snowboard fine, but I want to be able to max out of my comfort zone and do jumps and tricks so that I could build confidence in other aspects of my life. I am so shy and risk-free that doing something like that could really help boost confidence.

Can I substitute 'talet' for 'ability'?
Then I'd chose the ability to have what I want, when ever I want it.
*SNAP*
But if we are taking about human talet, ummm, a face melting dummer!
