If you are using a PC based WIndows Laptop, press the print screen key ( it may be a combination of a Fn(function) key.
this will put the screen image in the clipboard. open Word or paint and paste it into the open document.
You should be able to print it, email it save it at that point.
Print screen will capture the entire screen. ALT_prinscreen will capture only the active window.

Press the PrntScrn button. Then go into a program that allows you to paste in picture, such as Paint, and do a paste. You will see the print screen and can save, print, edit, etc from there.

press the print screen button and then open word file, and press Ctrl+v to paste the screen image into the word file
