who puts up their shopping carts better? men or women?

Well, I would assume women. Because one, I always put my cart up and two women do more grocery shopping then men. That's my guess.

Neither, they all leave them everywhere. In the parking lot, the aisles, the bathrooms...

please most men will not even pick up at home - why would they some place where someone else is paid to do it?
