Masturbating does not get rid of your sperm. Your scrotum (balls) will make more sperm in about an hour after you masturbate so don't worry about "running out". Your penis doesn't get smaller either, no matter how much you masturbate. Your wife's vagina might be getting more loose because of sex or her masturbation, especially if she uses a vibrator. Don't worry about sperm count at this point because your body constantly produces more. Are both you and your wife aroused before sex? Try something romantic or different. Try seducing your wife or role-playing. Spicing up your sex life may help you achieve and maintain an erection and, for now, avoid masturbation.

okay... u don't loose sperm. u only think that u loose sperm becase the more you masturbrate the less sperm comes out because your body is making sperm but your making them come out. If you stop a couple of days you will have alot more sperm comming out. If you want to have more sperm don't masturbrate for 3 days and on the day you want to have sex with her drink ALOT of water.

u mean when u married yr penis is not hard like before? i think mqasturbate a lots jus cause a little bit effective.I think there are so many reasons to cause this problem: chahge enviroment, yr married, yr work, ....and yr age ( how old r u now ?), go to doc

Men will continue to produce sperm. It doesn't matter how much you masturbate, you should still be able to get her pregnant. If you can't there is another reason.
