I understand that paypal is a reliable orgonisation. You better contact them again.PayPal is one of the most popular online money transfer systems widely used for online auctions, pay to surf programs, e-books and purchase of low value goods. It is now a part of the online auction website eBay. More details available at http://www.money-transfer.in/paypalindia.html

Did you pick up the item at the seller's house. Isn't that how Craigslist works? If so, go get your money back from the seller.

it depends on the company/individual you bought from. if you think you got scamed, then you won't get your money back, because they won't send it back to you, eventhough you filed a dispute thru paypal.

Yes, they can reposess the money as long as the person you sent it to didn't close their paypal account.
