bought an xbox i sent him the money but it wasent on ebay it was on craigslist so is there a chance too get my money back or im just broken in 2 on that one

Did you pick up the item at the seller's house. Isn't that how Craigslist works? If so, go get your money back from the seller.

it depends on the company/individual you bought from. if you think you got scamed, then you won't get your money back, because they won't send it back to you, eventhough you filed a dispute thru paypal.

Yes, they can reposess the money as long as the person you sent it to didn't close their paypal account.
