I don't think it's mightier than the sword or the written word, it's just that it's faster.
The keyboard and its uses can be quite intriguing and more creative at times though ;)

I think the spoken word is mightier than the keyboard, pen or email. It is more powerful on a personal level. And I don't mean by phone either. To see/feel/hear emotions makes powerful conversation... email is only easier.

whether it's the pen or the keyboard, they both serve the same purpose which is to communicate thoughts, observations, numerical and mathematical concepts and ideas. While the sword is only used for subduction, the pen/keyboard has had the power to influence people toward civility through the ages. And yes, even email has power, but blogs reach more people and thus may have greater power.

you can convince some one using a keyboard and can even kill them if you say some thing that bad....but a sword can only kill them so yeah the keyboard is mightier.

I really miss receiving cards and letters in the mail that I can tuck away in a special place and look at over and over again. Computers have made communicating so much less warm and personal, don't you think?
