Go ahead and announce. Call your close friends and relatives or send out nice engagement notices. Have a small ceremony not a big wedding because people do not want to buy big expensive gifts for the SAME couple again.

Just send in the mail as you would any other important event. Make sure it's a nice invitation, tastefully done. No worries.
The thing I wouldn't do is to make a big production out of it, like it's the first wedding. This is the 2nd time around and typically it's a bit more low-key.

try something that ur finance enjoys like disneyworld and tell them to write their name in the fireworks, or tell a skywriter to write it in the sky, or have a dinner and put the annoucement in the person's fav dessert
