What should I be for halloween. I am 36 weeks pregnant...I was thinking of a pumpkin....times flying whats an simple and easy costume to make...I might be alittle old well I am 18...but I really wanna go....what should I be

This idea can be adjusted to fit as the ties are the drawstrings and you can alter it as needed....
Last year I saw on the Martha Stewart show how they made a witches costume from black garbage bags and duct tape.
you need the drawstring bags. one they cut a slit in the area under the drawstrings so it was a bit longer and they cut ,in a zig zag, the bottom part of the bag off, that part is used for another part of the costume.
this one is for the top half of the costume. It is put on like a tube top with the drawstrings as the shoulder straps. pull and tie to fit.
don't worry about the strings coz they get covered later.
then another bag is cut to be the skirt, zig zag like the first and that is tied around the waist. Duct tape as much as needed to keep the top and bottom together.
they also cut a third bag in half to be the sleeves...they used duct tape to hold things in place. Just tape the sleves to the top.
the cut off parts are used to make the cape and they pulled on the zig zag points to stretch them.(also did on skirt)
It was pretty cool and waterproof but you may need scissors to cut the costume off when done.
I hope I explained enough for you to figure out how to do it.
a half dozen bags and tape are cheap especially if you already have them around
where you cut the zig zag depends on your size.
the sleeves bag is cut down the sides so one half the drawstring can be each sleve gather at the neck...
cut and fit the dress to size.
just add a hat and your good to go.

Hi this isn't going to be a super flattery thing & will only really work if you have a group of friends who know who Pinky & the brain are--but buy the big fake ears from a halloween store & dress yourself in pinkish clothing.
Find yourself a really thin friend or your partner? And you can be brain & he/she can be the Pinky.
Or an ACME HOLE--dress all in black & use black greasepaint. Then put a label on yourself like a material/clothing label and type on it, "ACME HOLE" new merchandise--a friend of mine did this a few yrs ago & won best costume.
Is there a tire company that is "famous" in your neck of the woods? You could go as a tire--again darker clothing with a label on it.
A GUM Ball (sorry for the round imaging) but you can really take this image far, and not have to just stick with the pumpkin.
Plus its already harder for you to walk & keep your balance so you don't want too many props if any at all.

That depends on whether you want to attract attention to your pregnancy, or take attention away from it.
If the former, you could paint your belly as something - a pumpkin, a fruit, an M&M, a halloween scene. Or you could go as Britney Spears. ;)
If you don't want people to notice your pregnancy, you could go as what you mentioned - a pumpkin. One of my friends went trick-or-treating as a hershey's kiss last Halloween, or you could go as an M&M or some candy

Ok.. this is really funny. I saw at Halloween USA a woman's costume that was an oven over the tummy and it said, "Bun in the oven" and your husband can be the chef! LOL

Get a shirt and paint a pumpink right where the belly would be and then then rest to it like your under and x-ray thing
So just buy clear plastic and maky it hang ariund you neck and where it like that.

#2, you are too old to go out trick or treating.
#3, if you insist, go to a fabric store and get a pumpkin costume to make.
