I too am "Unfit to work" (agrophobia) and I found contacting the local Disabilty Action Group very helpful, along with the Disability Office at the local Job Centre.
You can also check out local businesses and ask them if they would consider any "out-sourcing" employment.

Hi, you can consider paid survey as a home businesse.
Paid surveys are not new, despite all the hoopla. Marketing research firms have been paying consumers to participate in surveys, focus groups and such for some time. But the Web has granted them a more-efficient way to collect data. So, many now conduct legit, online paid surveys and other types of paid, online marketing research.

Good Luck && Best Wishes!

Well Ebay seems to be a pretty popular way of making extra money although I don't know if it will be enough to cover a complete salary. There are jobs that offer telecommuiting, depending on your skill set, maybe you can find a position like that.

Medical Billing is a great one.
I have a girl friend who edits books for a self-publishing company. Most of the books she edits are porn, but she has gotten past that and just checks for good grammar now.
