What are my chances of getting probation with no jail time.
I am turning myself in tommorrow morning on felony theft charges from my job. I was the manager there and I soon as I quit the said I was doing refunds, for a totall of 1,500.00 for months. So they turned me in and pressed charges on me. I also have a warrant for not finishing my fine due to health problems. So now there are 2 warrants. 1 Misd and now 1 Feloney. This company never kept up to date paperwork on any refund, and If I have been doing them so long, why did they catch it when I quit? I dont know alot about the laws in Texas, so can someone give me some advice, except hire an attorney. No money and mom of 3.

with Texas i don't know they are more strict there then in Calif, but here it depends on the judge depending on the crime and if it was the first time . it sounds like you have a good chance of no jail time you may have to pay some fines do some community work and be on probation
good luck

Well, since you don't seem to be saying you didn't do it, only questioning when they caught you, I would say your chances of probation with no jail time are pretty slim.

At least I hope so.
