My sister works in a big foodstore as a customer service person. She deals with all sorts of people's complaints and it's amazing how rude some of them are to her. She just has to smile and let them abuse her in a way that wouldn't be allowed on the streets. The other day a man didn't ask, he ordered her to change his bag of pasta because it was ripped. She asked him to wait as she was dealing with another customer and he threw the bag of pasta over the desk, hitting her in the face.
She picked it up, leaned towards him and said very calmly, 'I said...I will deal with you in a moment. SIR!' and turned back to the man she was helping.
He'd thrown a huge bag of pasta at her! Unbelievable.

That's customer care!
