You have only 45 days to file a claim through Paypal. Sign into your Paypal account and there will be a link somewhere on the site to file a claim for non receipt of item. If you paid through Paypal by using your credit card you can also file a chargeback through your credit card company.

You need to file a claim immediately with paypal.

You are absolutely foolish to send money to someone on craigslist with no guarantee your going to get your product. You meet them in a public place like a restaurant.

Also, don't trust anyone that just wants money orders or cashiers checks either. Dont' be foolish; unfortunately honest people are burnt every day. Good luck.

I think there are safe guards for such problems in Paypal. PayPal is one of the most popular online money transfer systems widely used for online auctions, pay to surf programs, e-books and purchase of low value goods. It is now a part of the online auction website eBay. More details available at http://www.money-transfer.in/paypalindia.html

it relies upon on the corporation/person you acquire from. in case you think of you acquire scamed, then you definately won't get your money back, using fact they gained't deliver it back to you, eventhough you filed a dispute by paypal.
