Hay is it possible for me too get my money back or the guy who stole it from me can go too jail the deal was i bought an xbox for 150 with shipping and i sened the money too him thru paypal but this wasent paypal this was Craigslist.com what should i Do?

You have only 45 days to file a claim through Paypal. Sign into your Paypal account and there will be a link somewhere on the site to file a claim for non receipt of item. If you paid through Paypal by using your credit card you can also file a chargeback through your credit card company.

You need to file a claim immediately with paypal.
You are absolutely foolish to send money to someone on craigslist with no guarantee your going to get your product. You meet them in a public place like a restaurant.
Also, don't trust anyone that just wants money orders or cashiers checks either. Dont' be foolish; unfortunately honest people are burnt every day. Good luck.

it relies upon on the corporation/person you acquire from. in case you think of you acquire scamed, then you definately won't get your money back, using fact they gained't deliver it back to you, eventhough you filed a dispute by paypal.
