I would go with Bryant Johnson because Antonio Bryant is playing against the tough Bears defense. Below is what CBS/Sportsline has to say about the two.
49ers WR Antonio Bryant caught four passes for 78 yards in Week 6 vs. San Diego. Bryant has slowed a bit after getting off to a hot start. He'll have a week off before facing a tough Bears defense in Week 8. Look to other alternatives.
Bryant Johnson got another start in Week 7 at Oakland in place of Larry Fitzgerald (hamstring). He finished with three grabs for 87 yards. As long as Fitzgerald is sidelined, Johnson is a decent No. 3 or 4 Fantasy option or 'flex' option. The Cardinals meet the Packers at Lambeau Field in Week 8.

I usually stray away from matchups against the bears, especially if you have a decent alternate option.
Go with Johnson vs GB.

Johnson, because he is still the Cardinals' number 2 receiver until Fitzgerald gets back, and it is a good matchup.
