i really don't care as much anymore, plus the one that has the best publicists tends to win..

People Magazine picks usually by how visible the person is at the time. Like the year Jude Law was picked -- I told my friend, you watch, Jude Law will be Sexiest Man Alive this year. Because he was in everything -- Closer, Sky Captain, even A Series of unfortunate Events! I just knew they would pick him. And they did. I had to call my friend and rub it in.
I disagree with them often, by the way. I think more than telling us who's sexy, they're just telling us who's "hot" right now.
Because if it was truly the sexiest person alive, Tom Welling would've been picked several years ago, IMO.

I Usually disagree.
I think over 75% of everyone they pick izn't all that. I mean, what'z so good about "for example" that guy in brokeback mountain?!?! he lookz OK, he'z not ugly r'anything, but 2be labled one of the "sexiest" men iz totally outa' line!!

Majority is authority...I think if its through votes. I don't feel hesitate to accept the result and may be my choice is different. But it does not matter.
