Hi Jessie,

PPS is a PowerPoint Presentation. You would need to have Microsoft PowerPoint, or you can download the free PowerPoint viewer from Microsoft, at:

Hope this helps!

Most possibly cause is your computer does not have the application to open that file type. Can you give us the extension of the file?

In order to see the attachment in (or out) of your e-mail, you have to have a program associated with the attachments extension that can open the program. As you did not list the extension of the attachment(s), can not tell you want program you need and how to conifrm it. Please repost with the extension of the attachments.

First of all, what is the extension of the attachment? It will tell you what type of program you need to open it.

Its hard to awnser without knowing what file type it is. If its an image (jpg, png, bmp, gif, tif) then try dragging the file to your image program (ms paint, windows fax and image viewer, ect).

Or if you would like to set windows fan and image viewer back as the defalt press ctrl + r then type "regsvr32 shimgvw.dll".

This is only if its an image file.

it depends on what extension it was sent in you the .eml,.wmv,.mp3, and so on just do a google search for that type of file and download the free one. e-mail me with what type of file it is and I'll let you know where to get it.

You need to spend more time at the computer, and maybe you could take a computer class.
