have wrapped all around except for two side panels and back where zipper goes - but am having trouble at the corners, fabric gathers. is there something i should do with the fabric with a certain type of cutting of the fabric. thanks for the help.

yes when you sow the corners and you are ready to finish sowing cut the corners like close to the sowing you did that should give you perfect corners

Ann: take your time with making cushions for sofas Chair paddings. Take sterafoam big squares buy them at upolstry
shop! use specail cloth fabric cut it to the reccomeded size perfectly and even

Buddicks has a great pattern for standard pillows, just measure them and follow the "corners".

I only reupholster the items. Never redo them. Best wishes.

take the cushion out and sew it inside out then put cushion back in once your done and zipp it up
