It's hard not to rule with an iron fist when you are given authority, but I have tried to make it work.

Sure I can handle being the authority, it never has gone to my head, but if I tell you do it, I expect you to do it without question. Do not question my authority.......I own it, therefore I make the rules......you have to be that way when you're a business owner.

What i believe if power go to your head you become headless.....and one day ....sooner or later you have to lose your power. you can take the example of Russia, and many other big super powers from Rome to Russia...and you very soon you will see our current authority USA , who's head is full of power will come down very soon.
As far as I am concerened I worked in many places where there were chances to become headless...but Thank God, I am still good.

I've done it before, I can do it again, & no, the power doesn't go to my head. My mind is what helps me analyze & make the best decisions possible, so it doesn't have time for complexes such as that.
