No there is not. I challenge any poster to show any substantive link between Iraq and 9/11.

Yes, 911 is an excuse to invade Iraq.

Specifically, there was no direct connection between Saddam and the events on 9/11. 9/11 was strictly an al Qaeda operation. Neither Bush nor any member of his administration has ever connected Saddam as being involved at all in the actions of 9/11. Let's be clear on that fact.

However, there has been quite a lot of evidence, both in terms of debriefings of Iraqi intelligence officials and in documentation, that the Iraqis enjoyed a long association with al Qaeda, since 1992, and had even provided training facilities for over one thousand terrorists.

The connection is one of general association and assistance; and that both were legitimate targets in the War on Terror.

Wow! I got thumbs down for plainly stating the truth? That says a lot (and none of it good) about some of the people on here.

There has been no connection with Iraq and al-Qaida. Iraq, under Sadam Hussein, however, was a big financial support for the terrorists fighting in Israel.

No. Bush makes it try to seem that way by saying that the Iraq war is part of the war on terror, but even he has admitted that there is no connection.

there is NO connection between Iraq and 9/11

This isn't even a question

We were led to believe this. Sadam Hussein did not destroy the two towers, Talibans did or to be more specifi, Osama Bin Laden did, who is a Taliban Extremist.

I still don't get how come the American people can be so blind and brainwashed? Doesn't anybody see. Bush is the biggest terrorist (all you Bush lovers - if you don't like my comments, go jump of a bridge or something as I couldn't care less, buch of dumb @sses.)
