"Stealing is called stealing only when you're caught" otherwise youre just picking up some stuffs for your own needs, if you're not caught then its not stealing, if you'r caught then it will be tagged stealing!!! Is it?

NO. Stealing is taking something that does not belong to you, whether you are caught or not.

What are you talking about? Since when an act becomes something else because people do not know about it? Stealing is stealing. You're better off if you don't get caught, but it is still stealing!

Stealing is stealing wether you get caught or not. You wouldn't call a theif anything else. Something was stolen from someone or some place.

I have to agree, if know one sees it how can it be consider stealing.
Out of sight out of mind.

If you aren't seen, then you just taking needed items as you say.
