I am in total support of our troops. I am thankful everyday for the men and women that fight for our rights. They fight for the country they love and for the country I love. Do you support them?

My brother is in Iraq right now. This is his 3rd time to go. I support him and the reasons he is there. When he comes home I continue to support him. I know many people who have been there and come home. I thank every one of them. I asked my question because of all the negativity out there concerning this war. The reason we are over there is so the war will not be here. Our men and women in the military are doing a great job. Everyone that I have talked to that has been over there or is going over there knows why they are there and supports that. Most of my military friends want to go back and get the job done.

Well said. Our troops are the reason we can sleep safely at night.
We need to support them and back them 100%.

I feel a great deal of sympathy for all they must face every day, and I respect their dedication and sacrifice. But that doesn't mean I have to support what they've been ordered to do or think it's the right way to solve the problem at hand.
So I support the soldier, but not the war.

I definitely support our troops. Those active duty service members put on their uniforms everyday, are on call 24/7, and fight for our existence and way of life. These men and women are willing to lay down their own lives so you don't have to and ask for nothing in return.
I feel we need to do more than put a ribbon on our cars to show support. To say you support them is nothing more than speaking words. Stand up for them when they are being attacked, voice your concern when the media blasts them. We have service members who are locked up for doing their jobs, say something. Tell your local VFW and American Legion offices to speak up.
Those who are in battle are living through hell. They pray they wake up in the morning and can go home when their time is done. Welcome them with open arms and congratulate them. With out these people our freedoms don't exist.

This question is like asking if you think puppies are cute. Of course we support the troops who are serving honorably. I support them so much I want them to be home by next year.

Of course everyone supports the troops. You can't really be dumb enough to believe the BS rhetoric that if you criticize Bush you aren't supporting the troops, can you? I am sure that all of us here, Liberal, Conservative, Moderate, Democrat, Republican, and Independent all support the troops.

We all support the troops we just want to fire there boss. Which we think is supporting the troops by giving the troops what they want most to get out of that stupid civil war in Iraq.

I support the ones, who do not support the war, and realize why we are at war, for oil. I do not support the troops who act like idiots and make us look bad.

I support them... that is why they should have never been sent to Iraq in the first place... every administration since Nixon has vowed to never get the US involved in another Vietnam... and then along comes the most corrupt, devious, and inept administration in history to do just that... our troops deserve better than that...

Tax paying Americans automatically give to the troops with financial support.
This makes me wonder about tax and cut Redpublicans that work to avoid paying taxes.
