YAHOO!!! MSN loves to charge for every minute detail...it's stupid
MSN: you checked your e-mail!
Customer: yeah, so?
MSN: Oh? didn't you know...everytime you check it we charge you $20.99 plus tax

MSN products are great, but I think you have to pay for their Chat service now. The MSN/Hotmail is awesome, the MSN or Windows Live Messenger is fantastic as well, and my new favorite browser is the MSN Explorer! I love it!
Yahoo is also great, the mail, the messenger, the toolbars, and they have a lot more free stuff than MSN. I've not been on Yahoo Chat in ages so I don't know if it's free anymore. I'd say Yahoo products are still my favorite.
