I just got done dying my hair with Clairol hair dye in black, and while i was washing it out some water from my head went down my nose and i swallowed it, it didnt burn or anything and the dye was probably very dilluted from the water, i dont feel sick, but is there any chance that i may need medical attention? remember it was just a small bit of water.

Get your phonebook and look up Poison Control center. It will be in big bold writing in the white pages. Call them and have a chat about what happened. They are really nice and are there to help people with things like this.

As long as you did not gulp large quantities of the dye, the I think you will be OK. Most likely you are right the water may have diluted the solution enough not to bother you digestive tract.
If vomiting should occur for longer than a 24 hour period you should seek the advise of your physician or poison control.

I believe you will be fine if you'd like you should call posion control and they will probably tell you to be on the safe side and have a glass of milk to coat your stomach....there are all sorts of dyes and chemicals in our food.
