If I create a link to search with google I can append &safe=active to the end of the link to ensure that the search does include inappropriate sites. Is there a way to perform a similar function with Yahoo search links so that adult content is not displayed regardless of the yahoo preferences that are set? I am creating a web page with links to my grandson's favorite image searches, but I want to ensure that he gets clean searches even if safe search is not set when he or some other kid clicks the link.

&vm=r

if you do an advanced search, you'll see the option.

selecting restricted adds &vm=r, unrestricted adds &vm=p.

There is a disclaimer that they can't guarantee no adult content, but for the most part it works.
