Just remember - Spring Forward and Fall Back.
So in the Spring the clocks go one hour forward and in the Fall, they go one hour back.

I always use the old saying "Spring forward and Fall back" to keep track, so fall back 1 hour in the fall.

you can remember witch way to turn clock by remembering school rhythm spring forward, fall back so it is now the fall season so you will need to turn your clock back one hour.
