XP media centre edition.
It worked b4 i rebooted and now i cant use media centre or play "guild wars"!

Did you install the drivers/software for your Video Card. Try to install the latest Drivers/software for your Video card from the Internet

Try a system restore to before. Id go all the way to when it was working well. That most likely will fix it. But, if not. Try going to the Graphics card website, nvidia or whatever the maker is, and download the drivers and updates for it.

Have you tried reinstalling the gfx driver for the card? And you're completely sure nothing virus-like isn't lurking in the background? If you don't have one, get a decent virus scanner (I like Avast, but AVG is good as well) and run a full system scan, reinstall drivers and try again.
