I am giving phonebooks as a gag birthday gift and want to include a list of ways that the books can be used. I already have booster seats and emergency tp, but are looking for many others. Please help.

I dunno how crazy it is, but how about including the address of a charity that is collecting them as a fundraiser? They make a pile of money, adding up fast.

Now this is THE strangest question I have ever read so I had to answer it.
hmmmm uses for a telephone book
-to find a number of someone who cares
-stepping stone to reach something slightly taller
-emergency umbrella
-eliminates the need to dial 411
-you can make paper hats with it
-lots of oragami material
-the list goes on but really nothing funny comes to mind, maybe because I'm sleepy, good luck hope you don't get the gift thrown at you:)

You could use it to:
Hide money, decoupage an old piece of furniture, smack someone on the head, great reading material for the bathroom, help to balance cocktails on the bed by using as a serving tray, door stop, rolling papers in a pinch, to wash windows with instead of paper towel (really does work great) or safety pin pages to the outside of an old skirt to go to clubs in - who cares if you spill on them or tear them - there's always more at home!

If you fold the pages diagonally (folding the bottom corner of the page toward the seam and then making a crease) and then attach the front/back covers, you get a Christmas tree shape. I've seen them decorated.
