and looks like a laptop but just much smaller and u can go on the internet using wireless?

sounds like you are talking a tablet PC..this are smaller than laptops but lager than PDA's

actually i do beleive there are things called lambretos i think that is the right name, they have a full qwerty keyboard but im not sure about the internet access but the is also the nokia communicater range there are some good bargains with these on ebay

yes you can get a new cell phone. Like the hp phones, htc makes great cell phones. they make for all us phone company. check that out.
