My two favorites:
The Rangers used to slow-chant "Hextall" all the time. Best part is they would do it no matter what team or goalie is playing. That always cracked me up.

In the IHL 90s, when Indianapolis Ice would score a goal and that Gary Glitter song would come on, the fans would yell "YOU SUCK" to the opposing goalie right at the end of the "dah dah da dahh... YOU SUCK!" ( sing the song, and use your imagination ) It was cool with 5000 people all doing it at the same time.

At University of Wisconsin hockey games
1. Skate on his tongue
2. Oooh a rassa, oooh a rassa, hit him in the head with a kielbasa.
3. Sieve!!! Sieve!!! at opposing goalie after a goal.Copied by many other hockey fans, but it is Wisconsin original.
4. When any penalty is done, the announcer says "Both teams at full strength" the crowd yells, "That's debatable".
5.There is also a promotion by a local food chain that if the Badgers score 5 or more goals you show the ticket stub and get a free ice cream cone. When Wisconsin has 4 goals, the crowd chants, "we want ice cream...(clap clap clap clap clap) we want ice cream".

Back in the '70s, they let some loons out of Essondale and they showed up at a Nux game at the old Pacific Mausoleum and chanted "Cigarettes, cigarettes, butts, butts, butts. We got the North Stars by the nuts."
I laughed in their general direction.

At every Kings home game, up in the nose bleed section, there's a european guy who's drunk out of his mind, way before the first period begins. I don't blame him, one cup of beer is $10 at the Staples Center. Anyways, this is what he chants:
"WE NEED GOALS. WE NEED GOALS."
"THIS IS OUR TEAM, THIS IS OUR CITY. NO ONE'S GONNA BEAT US, AND WE'RE GONNA WIN"
"LOS ANGE LUS, LOS ANGE LUS, LOS ANGE LUS"
Considering how the Kings are doing, it's worth the $26.50 per ticket, that it costs to sit next to the ceiling. Just to hear him chant.
