Plenty of water. If you can`t drink plain water, put some squash with it.

Water - you're dehydrated thats why you have a banging headache. Drink loads of water, take some painkillers and go to sleep for a couple hours. If you drink about a pint - 2 pints before you go to bed after a hard drinking night out you will not get a hangover the next day - it really works. Trouble is no one feels like drinking all that after all that alcohol. If I don't - I start to dream of drinking water and it wakes me up and I have to get a drink - my bodys way of letting me know I'm dehydrated so by the morning I have rehydrated myself (not all the time though!)

You get a hangover due to de-hydration, your body uses lots of fluids to remove the poisonous alcohol from your system, one of the side-effects of de-hydration is headache. Drink a pint of cold water before you go to bed and one when you get up, it'll help.

Loads of water, tea, junk food and lying on the sofa in front of the tv moaning usually does it for me.
