Peach is right. Try the address below. I did about a year ago and it was the only way I could get satisfaction for my complaint. They ended up giving me more refund than it cost for my mobile phone and I am still benefiting. Happy days!!

The only address I could find was the O2 Complaint section, which is below, maybe if you write to them and see how you get on. Sorry I couldn't help further. Good Luck

the main O2 customer service office is at the Skypark in Glasgow. you could probably find the address of that building on the net somewhere.

As you are a contract customer, you will get phone bills from them.
Look on the back of your bill, and the address is there.
I would copy it off mine, but I don't have one to hand, sorry.

i found two addresses for o2.
the first one is for customer services and the second address is the companys registered office.

Just checked out the website and they dont have one listed!! not even a email, just a load of phone numbers!
