You may not be getting enough sleep, you may not be eating a well balanced diet. You may have something medically wrong with you. So if you continue to be "knackered" without good reason, you should go and see your doctor.

One of the best ways to get energy is to do some exercise. A walk would do. I have suffered from a chronic illness for two years and usually feel tired and exhausted. Getting up and out for a walk is not only pleasant in itself but it actually produces energy rather than using it up.
See your doctor and if your are ok do some exercise.
