All Confederate banknotes have some value as collectibles.
As far as the name of the owner being on the notes: Most collectors don't like any writing on the note, and it would probably cause the value to decrease, but even so, there is still a market for them

A lot depends on the condition and the amount of the note (higher denominations are preferred)
