Obviously not everyone hates him, but the hatemongers are the most vocal. People who don't hate everything stay home and so don't show up to hate rallies and don't voice hatred for others whenever they can. So you don't hear much from those who like the president. They have more important things to do in life than waste time with hatred.
Also the mainstream media hates him with a passion, so they batter away at him and create the illusion that he's hated by everyone in the world. They're pretty good at creating illusions.
Don't worry, the hate media isn't getting away with it the way they used to when they were a monopoly. The general public are no longer letting them lie with impunity anymore. It's a good sign the people are waking up to the biases.
The same with the war. If we were shown all the good that we're doing in Iraq the war would be considered a great success. It's against the media template to show success in any war while a republican is in office.
If you understand this fact, the media no longer has a stranglehold on you and you can see the agenda they portray much better.

Quite right. I will have a bet that most of those who post questions about their hatred, dislike etc., of the President, would not have a clue how to make a decision. A decision that could have repercussions for the rest of the world, and for many years to come. The responsibility is enormous and the decision on what to do has to be made, and made quickly. With regards to weapons of mass destruction, the President and his advisers were and are in possession of information that may never be made public. This information from sources that must for political reasons remain private, convinced those in power that Saddam was in possession of such weapons. The decision was made and we await history's record as to whether or not Mr. Bush was right................ I go with the President and I am not an American.

I think he's a horrible speaker and doesn't have any of his own ideas but it has nothing to do with the war.
I oppose the war just because our hometown has had two guys 20 and 21 die in the last month. That is the down side is that it is a shame that they never experienced life as we ( and Bush) have the freedom of doing.

You are completely right. We need to stay ahead of the terrorists and not let them just walk all over us. The war in Iraq is part of the completely needed war on terror. President Bush is a good president for trying to protect American civilians.

you know i dont know why people hate president bush so much he is doing what clinton didnt take care of when he was in office. and why are people against the war because they have forgotten that those people came over here and started it. And i agree with bush because i for sure wouldnt let anyone get away with what they did to us. and yes if we pulled back they would think of us like a coward.

People dont like him for one main reason, he is a poor leader. He surounds himself with people that will agree with him and not question him. Which is not a good policy to have when you are the president. You need to have alternative ideas and options. Bush does not do this, it is very evident, plus the news has remarked on this as a failing.
Plus this adds to the fact that his administration is very secretive, he does not like oversite on his activities. This worries a lot of people that he has some rather dictator like qualities. News has also remarked on this. He just needs to be more open with the people who elected him and the congress, who by the constitution is to oversee his policies, especially his wartime policies, and he has all but shut them out of that.
He will not only admit that he is wrong, but he will follow a failed policy through to its conclusion even when it is 'screeming' that it is failing.
He took what was our largest finacial gains in years and wasted it all in tax reforms and sunk us back into national debt. This he can only blame on himself. Carter (who I am no big fan of) left the government with us in the best financial state we have been in, in years, and did nothing with it that has lasted.
His Administration was slow to respond to 9-11, Katrina and other disasters. News has commented on all of this.
His foreign policies have left us more and more isolated in the worlds eyes. He does what he thinks is right inspite of what UN and others have said, and "gone it alone" (his very words). He has invaded a country on what turned out to be false pretences, even if it was a mistake, one needs to be more sure then he has been. He has not backed up the soldiers and his promises in Afghanistan, until it has become a bigger issue in the news. Even then it has not ammounted to much. This has all increased the hate the world has had for us.
((Oh and you are right, backing out now would be a bad thing. But I can only hope that he will do the right thing there. I think that we could do some good there but it has to be under better direction then it has.))
No, he has not been a good president and I would say that there is some good proof, documented by the News forces of the US and Britain. But a good and fair question.

Doing the rigth thing how? it just like when then japanese bombed Pear Harbor every one Hated them loked them up in camps and for no reason took them away from society and worse of all they bombed them with a nuclear bomb that is ten times hotter then the sun and that wasn't the worst part it had long term effects that caused thousands of inoccent people pain and agony in a physical and mental way.so you tell me how we are doing the right thing by keeping the soldiers in a place where they dont want to be in the first place, and are forced to kill inoccent people.Bush learned nothing from vietnam that SOB didnt even go to war because he had his daddy save his ***.

People hate him generally cause he is a moron. He has that little smirk when he talks and you know he is lying. The war is another story. We are there for no reason. If we pulled out today we would not in any more danger from terrorists then we are today. Even his father was smart enough not to invade Iraq because he knew there is no way you would be able to leave. This is a war we can not win.

Every one hates Bush because he is the #1 terrorist. Because of him the 11.09 happened (after the war from Afghanistan). And you are right! OK! ;-)
