In London, Spurs & Arsenal could do it as could West Ham.
Both Man Utd & Man City could do it.
Everton & Rangers could do it, but not Liverpool or Celtic.
The only British clubs that could do it this season are Man Utd (who would prefer not to do it) and Arsenal (who have gone closest so far and are desperate to do it)
It would take Everton and Man City the longest to do it.
There is only one other British club that could do it, who are they and what is it?

The answer is Aberdeen. It refers to winning the Cup Winners Cup. All the teams that could do it (as implied above), had won the trophy. Celtic and Liverpool have won the Champions League (European Cup) but not the Cup Winners Cup.

Aberdeen - win the 3 european trophies!
United wouln't want to because they would have to win the UEFA cup and they would rather win the champions league.
Arsenal are desperate because they only need the european cup to have all 3.
Longest for Everton and City because neither are in Europe this year.
