My dad had a stroke back in 2000 which he would have never recovered enough to lead a normal life. He was a truck driver, on the go all the time so to spend the rest of his life lying in a bed looking out a window at life passing him by would have been worse than death for him. The doctors wanted to put a feeding tube in. I refused to let them. My dad died peacefully in his sleep 8 days latter. Horrible to make that decision, I let him starve to death is what I believed for a long, long time but I know I did the right thing he is with my mom now his only true love. And not lying in a bed wishing to be free.....so, yes it turned out for the better. I sure do miss him!

I'm kind of a drama queen so every decision is a huge one for me...

But the biggest would be leaving college in WY to move to CA with my (then) Fiance. It totally worked out because I got a better education in CA and I got to continue my relationship!

The biggest decision I had to make was when My husband was dying of cancer and I told the doctors to just give him comfort measures for pain. It was hard but it was easier than watching the love of my life and my soul mate suffer needlessly

I WILL NEVER REGRET IT
