My sister needs to skip the sex scenes, what part of the movie are they in? What happens right before and after them?

There are no real sex scenes in Mr. and Ms. Smith. They are in a hotel room in S. America and one after they race back to the house in separate cars. But nothing really revealing. The pyshcologist ask them about sex at two points. Pretty much a PG 13 movie.

Sex scenes? Forget that, if she watches with children, the violence is more important. They literally shoot up the house and it explodes! Not too cool for children to watch. Sex scenes are more just heavy kissing. Which I'm sure they're doing in real life now! lol

The sequence where they bust up the house, but that is one of the best scenes (it's not like you really see anything)

There really isn't anything objectionable in the film. No overt sex scenes.

Not much really happens that I recall... mostly an action flick.
