Well Hal is supposed to be the one with all experience but Kyle has more power than any other Green Lantern now. So I am going to say Kyle in a long drag out battle. Hal will get a lot of good shots in but Kyle has been around long enough now where he will be able to overcome Hal's experience.

incomplete information. Kyle as a Green Lantern would be beaten by Hal Jordan. Kyle as Ion would beat Hal Jordan.

If we are dealing with both of them as Green Lanterns, I give the edge to Hal-- experience counts for something. If we are dealing with their current incarnations though, it has to go to Kyle. Ion is simply too much raw power for Hal to handle by himself.
