Quite honestly, there are many but I suspect that merely existing rather than living one's life to the fullest - barring the obvious obstacles which will come along the way.

Far too many of us wait until it is too late and find ourselves saying "I wish I had...." but by then we cannot go back and retrace our steps or alter the course we already chose.

Eventually, we all will die. So, why sit around waiting for that day?

That, to me, is far worse than death itself.

If, for a person , living is the worse then why should he choose death if it is going to be the worst? Logically one should choose a better thing, is it not?

No. death is not the worst thing at all. Many fear death not knowing this. That is why they want to live for ever , and ever.

running away from life and running towards death is the worst thing that can happen to a human being.

It seems people have answered this question that they would be willing to die rather than endure some physical or emotional pain. But that isn't the question. No one who is living knows what death is like. So to judge anything against it is ultimately impossible.

There isn't any way to tell unless one actually experiences death., and if they do then they cant tell the living. For all we know death could be the most painful experience ever.

Living in a 1984-like world sounds considerably worse.

Death of my children or husband would be worse to me than my own death.
